Individual training sessions typically run 60-90 minutes depending on your needs and skill level. Small group sessions (2-4 athletes) run 90 minutes to allow for competitive drills and quarterback integration. Boot camps and clinics vary from 2-4 hours for intensive skill work. We work efficiently to maximize quality reps while maintaining proper technique and focus throughout each session.

Yes! We offer multi-session packages with discounted rates for athletes committed to long-term development. Small group training (2-4 athletes) provides quality instruction at a lower per-athlete cost. Team position groups and boot camps also available.
